		<description>I received one of the two pending field team reports today.  Tom and Ruth Little found 5 Lapland Longspurs, the first to be reported on the count, so the Rockford Count has added a species and is now at 72.  Tom and Ruth also had a Rusty Blackbird on Wempletown Road between Telegraph Road and IL 70.</description>
