		<description>Duck stamps are also available at HQs and visitor centers at National Wildlife Refuges, such as near Spring Lake in Carroll County, and at Horicon.  I don&#039;t know if you can buy them at the post office, but you might try there, too, and save the mailing/handling costs.</description>
